- The observer on Twitter is a good way to advertise the newspaper. For instance, on the twitter they have put 'Tomorrows front page' which has a small description making the reader want/have to go a buy it to see what's on the the newspaper
-The observer account is verified showing that lots of people go onto their page for updates on the newspaper
-Twitter is a good platform to send things around. The observer sometimes posts the front page of the new newspaper and the people interested can send the post around
-Also on twitter you can comment and chat with other people who are interested in the paper as well as you
Accessing the Observer online can also let you edit your page, zoom in on different things and adapt the paper the way you want. The observer is an eye catching, descriptive and popular type of newspaper.

Twitter: you are correct to emphasise the interactivity and the audience pleasures of a shared community of like-minded people. Twitter also makes suggestions about writers that you might find interesting so that you could 'follow' them.
